What's the best shower curtain material?

PEVA is best for liners waterproof, non toxic, affordable, and PVC free. For decorative curtains, polyester is the most practical (durable, quick drying, machine washable). Cotton looks and feels the most luxurious but needs a liner and careful drying. Avoid PVC/vinyl it off gasses chemicals and has that "new shower curtain smell."
