What is the difference between tube bands and loop bands?

Loop bands are continuous flat or fabric circles ideal for lower body exercises like squats, glute bridges, and lateral walks. Tube bands are cylindrical cords with clip on handles, door anchors, and ankle straps designed to replicate cable machine exercises like rows, presses, and curls. If you primarily train lower body, get loop bands. For a full body home gym replacement, tube bands with handles are more versatile.
