Oven Safe Rating
The maximum oven temperature a pan, dish, or handle can tolerate.
Silicone handles often cap out around 400 Fahrenheit. Phenolic handles may cap at 350. Cast iron and bare stainless tolerate much higher. Always check the spec before broiling.
